"3-Step Neuro-Yoga Protocol" specifically designed to open the neck channels, vibrate the inner ear, and flush the brain.
1. The "Sonic Massage" for Ears: Bhramari Pranayama (Humming Bee Breath)
This is the single most powerful technique for Tinnitus and Brain Blood Flow. It creates a physical vibration inside the skull that massages the tiny ear bones and produces Nitric Oxide in the sinuses (which dilates blood vessels to the brain).
-
How to do it:
-
Sit comfortably (chair is fine). Keep the spine straight.
-
The Ear Lock: Close your ears with your thumbs (push the little cartilage flap Tragus in to block the sound).
-
The Head Lock: Place your remaining fingers lightly on your forehead and eyes (to calm the senses).
-
The Sound: Take a deep breath in. On the exhale, keep your mouth closed and make a loud, high-pitched humming sound like a bee ("Mmmmmmmm").
-
The Focus: Focus entirely on the vibration buzzing in the center of your head.
-
-
Dose: Do this for 3 to 5 minutes every morning. It is essentially "physical therapy" for the acoustic nerve.
2. The "Brain Pump": Superbrain Yoga (Thoppukaranam)
This looks strange, but it is scientifically studied (even used in schools for special needs children) to synchronize the left and right brain hemispheres. It uses the earlobes as "acupressure handles" for the brain.
-
How to do it (Modified for Elderly):
-
Stand up (or sit on the edge of a chair if balance is poor).
-
The Grip (Crucial):
-
Take your Left Hand and cross it over your chest to hold your Right Earlobe. (Thumb on front, finger on back).
-
Take your Right Hand and cross it over to hold your Left Earlobe.
-
Result: Your arms are crossed like an "X" over your chest, holding your ears.
-
-
The Pump:
-
Inhale through the nose as you slowly squat down (or sit down on the chair).
-
Exhale as you stand back up.
-
-
-
Why it works: Acupuncture points on the earlobes connect to the brain (pineal/pituitary). The pressure + movement forces blood up the spine.
-
Dose: 14 to 21 repetitions daily.
3. The "Neck Release": Brahma Mudra (Neck Rotations)
Do not do fast circles! That grinds the "Osteochondrosis" bones. You must do Slow Motion Tracking.
-
How to do it:
-
Inhale in the center.
-
Exhale and slowly turn the head to the Right (like an owl) as far as it goes without pain. Hold for 3 seconds.
-
Inhale back to center.
-
Exhale turn to the Left. Hold for 3 seconds.
-
The "Chin Tuck": Finally, pull the chin back (making a double chin) to open the back of the neck where the arteries get pinched.
-
-
Goal: This pumps the "dirty blood" out of the brain (via the jugular) and lets fresh blood in.
4. The Magic Hand Gesture: Shunya Mudra
This is the specific hand position for "Emptiness" (Shunya) to treat "Ear Noise" (Tinnitus) and Vertigo.
-
How to do it:
-
Bend the Middle Finger down until it touches the fleshy base of your Thumb.
-
Press the Thumb gently on top of the bent Middle Finger (locking it down).
-
Keep the other 3 fingers straight.
-
-
When to do it: She can do this while watching TV or resting. Ideally 15–20 minutes a day. It is famous for reducing ear pressure and dizziness.
